With high birth rates and people constantly getting eaten, most places have lots of orphans running around.

Middle aged woman works as a ward at an orphanage, managing about a dozen kids at one time. She's an accomplished predator and her body reflects that.

After all, gently melting away accompanied by her soothing rubs and reassuring words is much better treatment than most prey get.
